Ruben Millan
Ruben has been working in the field of design, remodeling, and construction for over 30 years. Starting with Design in 1991, with development of as built and construction drawings, consultant coordinator, cost estimator and technical Construction specification, permits, bids, ADA compliance law, involving in architectural design for Public Housing projects (HUD), Purchase order and Project Scheduling.
Ten years ago, he turned his passion into a business that focuses on the long-term goals and satisfaction of his clients. With an innovative vision, coupled with integrity, honesty and character, Ruben seeks to provide his clients with a unique experience in the complete development of the project from design to final product.
His expectation of success relies on the importance he places on customer relationships and his commitment to always provide to our customers the best renovation service they deserve.

Elizabeth Nieves
Elizabeth has experience in customer Service. Elizabeth works with the clients communications and is involved with the project coordinator for the material and scheduling coordination and any other communication related with the remodeling and renovation projects.
Project Coordinator
Victor Gonzalez
Victor has experience in costumer service / engagement and financial services. As Renotec, LLC project coordinator, Victor work with our renovation experts and clients in material and scheduling coordination. Also he’s involved in as-builts dwgs for actual and future remodeling and renovation projects.
